Relax Penguin Bracelet

When I first saw this art I laughed out loud - there's something so fitting about penguins, who are (typically) used to very cold weather relaxing someplace warm. This design is such a perfect reminder of what the reminder is all about - taking yourself out of a situation that's making you stressed and learning to let go - to stop worrying and give yourself a break. 

This is especially relevant to me as I was thinking about what to write on the card. To be honest, it was a reminder I really needed myself:

There's no need to take everything so seriously. Relax, let go, and learn to laugh again. 

I know I'm not alone in this quest to relax in the new year. I hope this little hug for your wrist helps you as much as it has me.
